Case Keenum had a spectacular game against the Eagles and was certainly the story of the Bears’ huge win on Monday night.
But the play that may have had the biggest impact on the game came on the other side of the ball.
After a late hit out of bounds in the 2nd quarter, Jalen Hurts had to go to the blue tent to get checked out for a concussion. That meant back-up QB Andy Dalton had to come in until Hurts was cleared to return.
The drive didn’t stop, though, and the Eagles were knocking on the doorstep, threatening to tie the game at 7-7.
They faced a 3rd-and-goal from the Bears’ 2-yard line and came out in a trips bunch to the left:
